The baseline terms for accessing the site. Project work is governed by its own signed agreement.
Acceptance
- Using the site means you agree to these terms.
- You are responsible for lawful use and for information submitted through the site.
- Terms may be updated as the services evolve.
Use of services
- Do not interfere with site operation or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use the services to violate laws or the rights of others.
- Project-specific obligations are defined in the relevant agreement.
Intellectual property
- Tagcodi site content and materials remain protected by applicable rights.
- Client ownership and licenses are defined in each project agreement.
- Content may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Availability and liability
- The public site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- You remain responsible for maintaining suitable backups of your own information.
Termination
- Access may be suspended when use is unlawful or harmful.
- Either party may end a project according to its signed agreement.
- Terms intended to survive termination remain effective.
